ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first treatment to allow enough time to check-in and prepare for your treatment. If you arrive late, we will make every effort to accommodate you, but your treatment may be shortened to ensure that our other clients are seen on schedule.

You are more than welcome to use the shower and our relaxation room before or after your treatment.

CELL PHONES AND ELECTRONIC DEVICES

A quiet environment promotes an atmosphere of relaxation and respect. We ask that you please refrain from using your cell phone and other electronic devices while visiting Renu.

CHILDREN

Although we adore young children, the Medispa clinical environment is not an appropriate place for them. We are not equipped to provide childcare, and we want you to safely enjoy your treatment. We kindly ask that you arrange childcare for children under the age of 8.

GIFT CERTIFICATES AND PACKAGES

A gift certificate to Renu Medispa is the perfect way to show someone you care. We honor all gift certificates and package purchases for one full year from the date of purchase.

PACKAGE REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Since our packages provide significant discounts to our clients, no refunds are given for package purchases unless the treatment cannot be completed because of medical contraindications. We are happy to exchange services within the same category of treatment (e.g., if you purchase an IPL Laser treatment package and want to exchange some of the treatments for another type of laser treatment, we will accommodate you).

Package discounts apply to the entire package. If you decide to exchange a package purchase for other treatments, the discount will not apply.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange unopened product within 14 days of purchase when accompanied by a receipt.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS

If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice so that we can re-book your appointment. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we will charge 50% of your scheduled service. If you fail to keep your appointment and do not provide us notice, you will be charged the full price of your scheduled service.
