Photo Dynamic Therapy adds aminolevulinic acid (Levulan) with an IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) or Blu-U light to treat moderate to severe acne lesions or to provide a deep rejuvenation from extreme sun damage or pre-cancerous zones. This treatment can reduce fine lines and blotchy pigmentation minimizes pore size, reduce oil glands, and improve the appearance of some acne scars. A series of two to three treatments are recommended in order to achieve maximum results. A consultation is required before treatment.
